What is the current Monod Desktop version number?
Monod Desktop will not have its own release version number until it is out of the prototype phase.  During the prototype phase, it  is bundled with the (web-based) Monod release.
What are the changes bundled with Monod v1.5.3.5 (Sept 10, 2004)
  • Changes
    • Changed MonodSessionSBML2ImporterBean from stateful to stateless session bean
    • Retired old SBML parser and replaced all references to the old SBML parser to the version checked-in in v1.5.3.4
    • Bug fixes
      • For the "Add note annotation" and "Add literature annotation" popup menu items, fixed the problem so  that the annotation will be applied to all the annotatees when "appending to the annotatee list".
      • For "Add literature annotation" with an existing literature (in Monod), modified code to provide better user notification when the pubmed id validation fails.
      • For model import, fixed occasional reaction persistence error.
What are the changes bundled with Monod v1.5.3.4 (Aug 13, 2004)

  • Known bugs
    • Drag-and-drop may occasionally stop working (i.e., the application does not recognize the drag action).   Troubleshooting and workaround for this problem are currently underway.  For the time being, the workaround is to quit the application and start over.
